Quality Control Inspector

- Perform inspection and verification of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products as per customer requirements.

- Maintenance and calibration of measuring equipment

- Document inspection results by completing reports and logs

- Summarizing rework and waste

- Inputting data into quality database

- Clean and packaging the finished goods according to the specified requirements and standards.

- Help with sorting, labeling, and moving materials as required.

- Meet the production deadline to ensure timely completion of cleaning and packaging.

- Ensure all packaging is done accurately and in line with quality standards.

- Report any issues or discrepancies in the production or packaging process to the manager.

- Perform any other related duties as assigned by immediate superior

- Adhere to all workplace safety rules and guidelines.

Requirements

- Certificate/ITE/NITEC/ Higher NITEC in Precision Engineering/Mechanical or equivalent

- Ability to read and interpret drawings with good understanding of geometric dimension and tolerance

- Familiar with caliper, micrometer, gauges, tape measure, CMM and etc.

- Team player with dependable attitude

- Salary neg. depend on your experience and qualification.
