We are looking for a seasoned Regional Sales Manager to oversee and drive sales performance across multiple regions. This role entails leading sales teams to meet targets, developing and executing sales strategies, managing budgets, traveling to engage with clients, and building strong customer relationships. Key duties include recruiting, training, and motivating sales staff, analyzing market trends, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction to support revenue growth and expand market reach within assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Set sales goals for both regional and individual team members. Implement sales plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Manage sales and marketing budgets, plan forecasts, and ensure that orders align with forecasted inventory.

  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership to the online and retail sales teams, ensuring optimal performance and motivation.

  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competition, and customer preferences. Identify sales opportunities and adapt strategies as needed.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align regional strategies with broader company goals.

  • Reporting: Present regular sales reports to management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

  • Performance Management: Monitor sales performance data, set quotas, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure business targets are met on time.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Electronics, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of regional sales experience in the IT or electronics sector.

  • Strong sales drive, self-motivated, and a proven track record of success.

  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to handle regional customers effectively. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Willing to travel when required.
