• Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dim sum and pau dishes.

• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen according to food safety regulations.

• Assist in menu planning and development of new dim sum and pau recipes.

• Manage kitchen inventory and ensure ingredients are fresh and properly stored.

• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in preparing Chinese dim sum and pau.

• Knowledge of traditional cooking techniques and recipes.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Commitment to food safety and hygiene standards.
