Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations while achieving individual and team sales targets.

• Act as a brand ambassador by delivering exceptional customer service and effectively executing sales strategies.

• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with both new and existing customers.

• Proactively drive sales performance to achieve and exceed assigned targets.

• Lead, motivate, and develop the team, implementing effective CRM strategies to meet sales objectives.

• Monitor and manage inventory levels in an organised and efficient manner.

• Ensure the store’s visual merchandising and overall brand image align with corporate guidelines.

• Prepare regular reports for management review.

• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in fashion retail sales.

• Experience with luxury goods or premium fashion brands is an advantage.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

• Results-driven, customer-focused, and positive in attitude.
