Accounts Executive - 6 Months Temp - #1133274

• Execute the migration of historical accounting data (AP, AR, GL) from Excel into the Odoo system based on provided instructions and templates.

• Accurately perform daily data entry of accounting transactions into the Odoo platform.

• Verify entered data against source documents for completeness and accuracy.

• Maintain organized digital records of all migrated and entered data.

• Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable entries in Odoo as directed.

• Assist with month-end closing by preparing assigned journal entries and reconciliation schedules.

• Support the preparation of audit and tax filing documents by compiling requested data from the system.

• Perform other related data entry and clerical duties to support the finance team.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent certification.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting data entry, bookkeeping, or a similar hands-on role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables). Strong aptitude for working with data and spreadsheets.

• Hands-on experience with Odoo is advantages, but not necessary

• Meticulous attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy in data entry and processing.

• Ability to follow detailed instructions, work systematically on structured tasks, and manage workload effectively.

• Proactive attitude, good time management, and a reliable, task-oriented work ethic.
