SENIOR MANAGER/MANAGER, DEMAND AGGREGATION CONTRACTS (3-YEAR CONTRACT) - #1133145

You will assist in the establishment and administration of Demand Aggregation (DA) contracts. This role is responsible for consolidating procurement needs across multiple business units to drive cost efficiencies, improve supplier performance, and ensure compliance with procurement policies.

You will be stationed at Sport Singapore and will be required to travel between Singapore Sports School and Sport Singapore during your course of work.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of DA contracts by consolidating demand across departments

• Conduct spend analysis and stakeholder consultations to identify aggregation opportunities

• Facilitate in tender documentation, evaluation processes, and contract award recommendations

• Ensure all DA contracts adhere to procurement regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements

• Any other work duties including partnering with end-users to facilitate their procurement

 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic sourcing or contract management, preferably in a demand aggregation context

• Strong analytical skills with experience in spend analysis and market research

• Familiarity with public procurement frameworks and e-procurement systems is an advantage

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
