DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.     Hand over / takeover of shift matters and follow up matters in responsible manner.

2.     Continuously monitoring of SCADA and attend SCADA alarm timely.

3.     Conduct daily routine checking and monitoring of all gas systems.

4.     Ensure all daily operations log are carried out without fail and accordingly to Customer’s SOP.

5.     Perform proper gas cylinders hook up which comply with Customer’s SOP.

6.     Responsible for Issuing and receiving SDS gas bottles to user.

7.     Carry out proper housekeeping for all gas rooms.

8.     Follow received and dispatched SOP to receive, segregate and return gas cylinders.

9.     Carry out all scheduled preventive maintenance works accordingly. ensure no overdue.

10.  Attend to all kinds of gas leakage. With TGM on site Manager’s acknowledgement and to work closely with Customer’s Facility Engineer and EHS personnel whenever major gas leakage take place.

11.  Follow SOP to carry out gas turn on/turn off when required.

12.  Maintain well on PPEs and advice team member on proper PPEs requirements and correct them whenever disagreement take place.

13.  Ensure all vendors working in gas rooms follow all necessary preventive measures to prevent unnecessary safety and system issues.

14.  Do routine check for all gas systems at the beginning and at the end of shift. Ensure all gas systems in order, escalate to supervisor if any abnormalities.

15.  Perform and ensure gas consumption input correctly.
