Job Responsibilities:

• Own and manage RFQs, FAT/FLP/FAI processes, and BOM/routing setups to meet customer and TAT requirements.

• Lead product performance improvements, including yield, scrap reduction, OTD, and PPM targets.

• Manage product concessions, packaging, tooling, fixtures, and raw materials for assigned products.

• Serve as the main customer interface for all product-related matters and participate in weekly performance reviews.

• Collaborate closely with S&M, Operations, and internal teams to ensure smooth product execution and compliance.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Optics, Mechanical, Precision Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in optics, opto-mechanical, or opto-electronic systems with strong understanding of optical components.

• Proficient in AutoCAD/SolidWorks and experienced in optical testing, metrology, jig & fixture design.
