Job Info:

• Salary: Basic up to $4000 + AWS+ VB

• Working Hours: Monday - Friday  (Office Hour) & Alternate Saturday (Half Day)

• Location: Pioneer/ Island wide

• Entry level 

• Training provided

Job Scope:

• Plan, schedule, and manage M&E works to meet project timelines and budgets

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth execution

• Track project progress and report updates to the Project Manager

• Review and approve technical, shop, and as-built drawings

• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety standards

• Identify and resolve technical issues to prevent delays

• Supervise testing and commissioning of M&E systems

• Lead toolbox meetings and enforce safety regulations on-site

• Prepare progress reports, variation claims, and technical submissions

• Maintain accurate records of site activities, manpower, and materials

Requirements:

• Educational background in Electrical and Electronics/ Mechanical Engineer/ IT Hardware

• Entry level is welcome

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and other project management tools
