As a Senior Manager (International Partnership), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Identify and develop international collaboration and partnership opportunities.

• Lead end-to-end management of international projects from planning to execution and evaluation.

• Support strategic planning and market development to expand organization's global presence.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support international patient care and service delivery.

• Liaise with foreign government agencies, healthcare institutions, and international organizations.

• Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and leadership teams to optimize workflows.

• Organize and manage local and international meetings, conferences, and engagements.

• Prepare proposals, reports, presentations, and formal correspondence.

• Track and report on project progress and outcomes.

• Develop and update SOPs and workflows to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

• A Master’s Degree is an advantage.

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in healthcare.

• Proven experience supporting senior leadership and managing high-level, cross-functional projects.

• Demonstrated success in strategic planning, partnership development, and international engagement.
