About the Role
We are looking for a passionate, people-oriented Wedding Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first and most important point of contact for couples planning one of the most meaningful days of their lives. You will guide couples through our wedding packages, understand their vision, build trust, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings - while delivering a warm, memorable experience that reflects our brand. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys consultative selling, loves weddings and events, and thrives in a results-driven yet emotionally rewarding environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Client Experience
Handle incoming wedding enquiries via WhatsApp, email, phone calls, and walk-ins
Conduct consultations (in-studio or virtual) to understand couples’ needs, preferences, and budget
Recommend suitable wedding packages and upsell add-ons where appropriate
Follow up professionally to close sales and secure bookings
Client Relationship Management
Manage the full client journey from first enquiry to confirmation and post-event follow-up
Maintain clear, timely communication to ensure a smooth and reassuring experience for couples
Build long-term relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business Coordination & Teamwork
Work closely with the events, styling, and operations teams to ensure all client requirements are clearly communicated
Assist with handover notes and confirmations to ensure flawless wedding execution
Marketing & Events Support
Support bridal shows, open houses, venue showcases, and promotional events
Assist with basic content ideas, replies, or leads from social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)
Represent the brand professionally at all times
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must-Haves
Must be Singaporean or Permanent Residents
Minimum O-Level qualification
Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin (to liaise with a diverse clientele that speak Mandarin)
Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, confident, and professional demeanour
Sales-driven, proactive, and comfortable with follow-ups
Willing to work on weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
Highly organised with good attention to detail Nice-to-Haves
Prior experience in sales, weddings, hospitality, luxury retail, or events
Basic familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication
A genuine interest in weddings, styling, or events (Training will be provided—attitude matters more than experience.)

REMUNERATION AND BENEFITS
Base Salary: $2,500 / month
Attractive Commission Scheme (Uncapped)
