Job Responsibilities
Ensure the service department meets all customer satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints immediately and according to the company’s processes
Ensure operational workflow meets required manufacturer warranty and work procedures
Manage and review the work performance of service staff
Follow up on complaint vehicles both in workshop and directly with the customer
Achieve NPS target
Any other tasks assigned by your superior
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma with 4 years of customer service experience
Exemplary customer service attitude
Good interpersonal and communications skills
