Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a TikTok Account Manager & Content Creator to lead our TikTok strategy, manage content, work with KOLs, support campaigns, and help coordinate offline activities.
You don’t need to be a professional videographer — simple TikTok-style filming is enough — but you must understand trends, algorithm behaviour, and how to grow a brand through content. Showing your face on camera is a bonus.
The main focus: Grow the TikTok account with creativity, strategy, and result-driven execution — both online and offline.
Responsibilities
TikTok Account Management
-Plan, manage, and execute the TikTok content calendar.
-Maintain consistent posting and strong brand presence.
-Monitor analytics and adjust strategies based on performance.
-Apply trending formats and hooks that fit the brand.
Content Creation
-Produce simple TikTok videos using your phone.
-Edit using CapCut or similar tools.
-Write strong hooks, captions, and CTAs.
-Optional: Appear on camera for content.
KOL & Creator Management
-Find and collaborate with TikTok creators/KOLs.
-Manage seeding, deliverables, follow-ups, and reporting.
-Work with TikTok Shop creators and affiliates (if applicable).
Marketing & Campaign Execution (Online + Offline)
-Support online marketing campaigns across TikTok, IG, and Meta.
-Help plan and coordinate offline marketing campaigns, such as:
Events
-Sampling / product seeding
-KOL meet-ups
-On-ground brand activations
-Giveaways or workshop activities
-Ensure online content aligns with offline events to maximise impact.
Requirements
-Strong understanding of TikTok trends, content styles, and algorithm.
-Creative thinker with strong storytelling skills.
-Basic video editing (CapCut preferred).
-Organized, independent, and result-driven.
-Bonus: Comfortable showing your face on TikTok.
Bonus Skills (Highly Preferred)
-Experience running TikTok Ads (Spark Ads, boosting, targeting).
-Experience with TikTok Shop / Affiliate.
-Familiar with TikTok Business Center.
-Instagram & Meta Ads knowledge.
-Experience assisting or coordinating offline events and campaigns.
