This position reports to VP, HR. He/She will provide support to HRBPs in executing HR initiatives and managing day-to-day HR operations. This role also involves coordinating HR programs, preparing management reports for SMM and supporting the business on people-related matters.
1. He/She will support the roll-out of HR programs such as annual TT review, annual budget exercise, ECMF career pathways for Engineers, etc
2. He/She will consolidate and analyse HR data (e.g. headcount, attrition, work contract, hiring trends, fresh grads hiring) for reporting to BA and Cluster
3. He/She will also be the secretariat support for disciplinary cases involving investigation, HR issues etc.
Requirements
1. Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint
2. Detail oriented and strong organisational ability
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Analytical and has a flair for translating data into insights
