Basic Salary: SGD 2,500 – 3,000

Working Days: 5 Days

Working Hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm

Working Location: Office (Ang Mo Kio)

Job Responsibilities

Quotations & Pricing Support

Prepare, revise, and issue project quotations based on scope provided by Sales and Project teams

Assist in pricing coordination, cost checks, and basic margin verification

Maintain quotation records, version control, and status tracking

Support internal teams with quotation clarifications and pricing breakdowns

Project & Administrative Support

Provide administrative support for ongoing projects (documentation, internal trackers, records)

Coordinate internally with Sales, Project Managers, Procurement, and Warehouse for required information

Assist in preparing project-related documents and summaries for internal use

Ensure proper filing and organisation of quotations, contracts, and project documents

Coordination & Communication

Act as an internal coordination point for quotation-related matters

Attend internal and client meetings when required

Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma or equivalent

Preferably with experience in project administration or quotation preparation, especially in ELV / M&E / CCTV / Network Cabling / Security Systems

Comfortable working with Excel, pricing tables, and structured documents

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Detail-oriented, systematic, and able to handle repetitive but accuracy-critical work

根据销售及项目团队提供的范围,负责项目报价的编制、修改与发出

协助进行价格协调、成本核对及基本利润检查

负责报价记录、版本管理及进度追踪

协助内部团队处理报价相关的说明与价格明细

项目与行政支持

为进行中的项目提供行政支持(文件、内部追踪表、记录整理)

与销售、项目经理、采购及仓库团队进行内部协调,获取所需信息

协助准备项目相关的内部文件及汇总资料

确保报价、合同及项目文件的整理、归档与管理

协调与沟通

作为报价相关事务的内部协调窗口

根据需要参加内部或客户会议

跟进内部事项,确保工作按时完成

职位要求

具备至少文凭 / 高级文凭 / 研究生文凭或同等学历

具备项目行政或报价相关经验者优先,尤其是弱电 / 机电 / CCTV / 网络布线 / 安防系统领域

能熟练使用 Excel、报价表及结构化文件

具备良好的组织能力,能够同时处理多项任务并配合工作进度

工作细心、有条理,注重准确性
