Mechanical Field Service Engineer - #1132880

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform new build installations of Svanehoj pumps and ITT supported products.

• Perform service and overhaul of Svanehoj and ITT supported products including machinery like pumps, compressors etc.

• Supervise yard workers assigned during the repair.

• Organize the repair/mechanical tasks on board and in workshop.

• Finalize detailed service report after completion of each job.

• Build good relationship with our customer on-site.

• Ensure that the work is executed according to company safety and environmental guidelines and customer procedures.

• Mechanical inspection, repair and troubleshooting of entire pump range.

• Carry out laser alignment measurements.

• Writing of reports for carried out inspections, repair, service, and overhaul jobs.

• Willingness to carry out mechanical service, repair, and overhaul under extreme pressure.

• Travelling activity globally if required.

Requirements:

• Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.

• Able to act responsible and execute several projects at same time.

• Acting responsible and trustworthy towards customers and colleagues and the company.

• Able to write detailed technical reports in English.
