• Maintain and update the online registration gateway to ensure smooth and efficient user access.

• Prepare and generate regular reports to support training performance monitoring and management.

• Update and refresh marketing collaterals periodically to promote training programs effectively.

• Assist in marketing and outreach initiatives such as events, seminars, and career roadshows to enhance visibility and drive course demand.

• Support course delivery operations and participate in corporate activities or events.

• Source, negotiate, and manage outsourcing partners and vendors to ensure compliance with specifications and service standards.
