Job responsibilities:
Timely prepare monthly schedule for ground staff
Safekeep and in charge of petty cash, and vehicles matter
Work closely with all departments
Administer the Customer Service Team, assist the team in phone manning and managing
Administer the Operations Team and ensuring that company policies and processes are properly conveyed to them
Assisting the Human Resources Team in the employment of talents
Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
Min. Diploma in Tourism or relevant fields.
At least 5 years of working experience in service or hospitality sector
Must is Class 3 license is a must
Strong Leadership skills
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Able to multi-task
Meticulous and detailed
Well-organized
Good coordinating skills
Able to work in a face paced environment
Strong team player, patient and able to provide guidance to large team of staff.
