Location: Toa Payoh (Central & Convenient – Walking Distance from MRT)

Salary: $2,500 to $3,500 + Commission + Sales Bonus + Incentives (Up to $5,000–$15,000!)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm

Responsibilities

• Drafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms

• Assist clients with their hiring needs and job requirements

• Screening and assessing candidates through calls, interviews and CV review

• Arranging interviews between candidates and hiring managers

• Drafting candidate profiles and contracts

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients

Requirements

• Minimally possess a Diploma

• No prior recruitment experience required – Training provided

• Willingness to learn and a positive, driven attitude

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
