Main Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support and product demonstrations for advanced microscopy systems across research, clinical, and industrial settings

• Customize imaging workflows to meet client needs, including hardware/software integration and optimization

• Conduct on-site installations, training sessions, and troubleshooting for microscopy platforms

• Collaborate with sales and product teams to provide pre-sales and post-sales technical expertise

Requirements

• Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Physics, or related discipline

• Training provided for those without experience

• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with clients and internal teams

• Willingness to travel for client support and training (Minimum basis)
