Responsibilities:

• Responsible for monthly progress claim submission to clients.

• Ensure timely follow-up for claim certifications and approvals.

• Handle the preparation and submission of tenders accurately and within deadlines.

• Conduct cost analysis and negotiate with subcontractors to ensure alignment with project budgets.

• Ensure budget monitoring and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying/ Electrical Engineering or related field

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Electrical Engineer / Mechanical Engineer .

• Strong knowledge of quantity take-off, cost estimation, and project documentation.
