Job descriptions:
- Handle Customers’ Enquiries
- Provide assistance to sales teams and act as a liaison between sales representatives, internal departments and overseas partners.
- Coordinate, Prepare and Processing Inbound, Outbound & Transshipments shipment documents
- Coordinate with shipper and consignee of shipping schedules, delivery, shipment updates and warehousing request.
- Monitor, Review pending Inbound, Outbound, Cross Trade shipment orders and specific customer requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.
- Liaise with internal and external customers and resolve operational issue
- Other administrative and ad hoc duties
Requirements:
- Min. 3 years' of relevant operational experience in International Air & Seafreight forwarding/logistic.
- Discipline, Result oriented, Success driven and able to work under pressure
- Good interpersonal communication skill with excellent customer service competency
- Strong communicator, Independent, Focus
- Good customer service skills with excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Meticulous and accurate with a positive attitude and able to multi-task and team player
- Candidates able to commence work immediately would be an advantage
Locations: We are located at Tradehub 21 (near IMM).
