The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritise daily tasks. Roles includes delivery coordination, administrative duty, customer phone support. Function as an all-rounder support to our sales and project team with the goal of ensuring successful completion of orders. REQUIREMENTS
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Neat, Tidy & Well Organised
Able to work Independently in Startup environment
Phone & livechat support
Delivery Coordination
Administrative (Quote, Invoice, Receipts, DO, PO, Inventory list etc)
Ensure file organization based on office protocol
Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
