Duration: 1 year, extendable/convertible

Working Location: Kallang Sector

Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)

Job Duties

·         Perform processing of electricity supply applications

·         Monitoring of performance statistics

·         Preparation of supply applications performance and remittance report

·         Perform tagging of tenant meters

·         Raise refunds for service quotations

·         Check and issue service connection quotations

·         Issue payment acknowledgement letters

·         Liaise with LEWs, customers and SPPG on supply application matters

·         Attend to customers, LEWs and Principals’ enquiries via letter, email and verbal correspondences

·         Coordinate and attend meetings with customers, LEWs and Principals.

·         Assist in special projects assigned

·         Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Head of Section

Requirements

·         Diploma in any discipline from a local Polytechnic with at least 2 years of relevant experience

·         Possess strong analytical & problem-solving skills with a positive customer-oriented mindset

·         Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

·         Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

·         Proficient in MS Office applications

·         Ability to handle stress and work under tight timeline
