Brief Summary

• 5 Days: Mon-Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm

• Working Location: East area

Responsibilities

• Schedule and track shipments of non-conforming parts; handle shipping documents and monitor POD for RTV matters.

• Coordinate with warehouse, suppliers, and external logistics hubs to ensure accurate delivery of repaired and scrap parts.

• Ensure compliance with cross-border shipping, customs, and trade regulations for RMA/RTV and scrap parts.

• Maintain RMA/RTV tracker and provide weekly status updates.

• Support timely updates for weekly and monthly reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experiences

• Hands-on experience and knowledge in warehouse management system and order fulfillment.

• Proficient with Microsoft Word & Excel

• Good written & spoken communication skills
