We are an interior contracting A&A firm on the path of growth. We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated individual to join our dynamic team as an HR Executive. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting HR functions and ensuring smooth execution of HR processes, particularly in areas such as payroll management, recruitment, employee relations and HR operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

1. Payroll & Compensation

  • Manage full-cycle payroll processing accurately and on schedule.

  • Maintain records related to attendance, leave, and overtime.

  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as CPF, IRAS, and MOM regulations.

2. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Prepare and issue employment offers, contracts, and onboarding documents.

  • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.

  • Support employee engagement initiatives, activities, and company events.

  • Assist in resolving workplace issues to maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.

4. HR Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Prepare and manage HR documentation such as letters, memos, and performance appraisal forms.

  • Administer work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations through relevant government portals (e.g., MOM).

5. Training & Development

  • Coordinate internal and external training programs based on staff development needs.

  • Track and maintain training records and monitor individual development plans.

6. Compliance & Policy Management

  • Ensure HR practices adhere to current employment laws and company policies.

  • Support the development, implementation, and review of HR policies, guidelines, and procedures.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field

· Minimum 3-5 years of relevant HR experience especially in payroll processing. Experience with construction industry is a plus.

· Strong knowledge and practical understanding of the Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations

· Possess good written and verbal communications skills in English

· Proficient in MS office applications (Eg. Outlook, Excel, Word)

· Able to work independently and excellent team player

· Positive attitude and willing to learn


Remuneration will commensurate with qualification and experience.
