Accounts Assistant to handle full spectrum of Accounts Payable function, inclusive of local and oversea suppliers payment. Support monthly, Quarter and Yearly closing activities. Prepare Balance Sheet audit schedule and assist with Internal and external audit activities.

This position is based out of our Loyang office. 

Responsibilities:  

Accounts Assistant is member of the finance team covering the following roles: -

  • Full spectrum of Accounts Payable includes handling payment to both local and overseas suppliers

  • Support month end closing which related to Journal entries and audit schedules for month end

  • Assist on Monthly, Quarterly closing and Quarterly SOX reporting schedules

  • Support in Quarterly SOX review, Internal and External audit, Tax reporting

Requirement: 

  • Diploma in Accountancy, Degree in Accounting and finance or equivalent 

  • 1-3 years relevant work experience

  • Interpersonal and communication skills

  • Time management

  • Meticulous and problem solving

  • Proficient with Microsoft excel and word
