Warehouse Assistant (E-commerce) - #1132621

• Plan and monitor daily warehouse operations, eg: inbounding/outbounding

• Coordinate loading and unloading of trucks

• Pick and pack items in warehouse

• Liaise with other departments such as Customer Service, Project Management and Fleet Operation to ensure smooth warehouse operation

• Complete and maintain paperwork required for inbound and outbound materials

• Keep the warehouse area safe, clean and organized throughout regular inspections

Job Requirement & Skills

• Only Singaporeans

• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position

• No experience are also encouraged to apply

• Basic knowledge of warehouse work procedures and processes

• Good communication skills in English

• Computer literate and knows how to operate the basic MS office applications

• Good coordination and organizational skills

• Ability to work as a team player

• Ability to solve problems and interact with personnel of various departments
