Job Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and store materials and supplies safely and efficiently

Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels regularly

Prepare and issue materials for projects as requested

Coordinate with suppliers and the purchasing team for timely deliveries

Keep the storage area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations

Assist with regular stock checks and inventory audits

Requirements:

Proven experience in warehouse or storekeeping roles preferred

Basic knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus

Must be able to lift heavy objects and able to handle loading/unloading when required

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel/Word)

Shorter notice periods are well, and it is best to be able to start work immediately
