Salary & Benefits

1. Salary: SGD 1,700 – 2,400 (inclusive of Monthly Wage Supplement)

2. Full-Time Traineeship Programme (3 or 5-year duration)

3. Rotating Shifts (4242): Morning: 6:30 am-4:15 pm; Afternoon: 4:00 pm-1:45 am

4. Structured Training Program

5. Additional Benefits:

• Variable bonus of up to 3–5 months annually

• Transport provided (for after hours)

Job Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training to gain technical knowledge and hands-on experience in aircraft engine and system maintenance.

• Assist with the assembly, disassembly, inspection, troubleshooting and overhaul of aircraft engines, modules and components.

• Perform scheduled maintenance tasks, installation or replacement of engine parts, and support compliance with aviation safety and quality standards.

• Be proactive in asking questions, learning new processes, contributing to a high reliability environment, and supporting continuous improvement.

What We Are Looking For

• Qualifications: NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace-related fields).

• Skills & Attributes:

  • Passion for aircraft and hands-on technical work.

  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts and a manufacturing/MRO environment.
