Brief Summary:
Join an innovative team responsible for maintaining cutting-edge cooling systems. This role offers an opportunity to play a crucial part in optimizing plant performance and ensuring safety.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance of District Cooling System (DCS) plants and Retail Cooling Monitoring (RCM).

• Implement and monitor the service and maintenance program for optimal operations.

• Conduct routine inspections to identify and address issues proactively.

• Supervise and ensure all maintenance activities adhere to established standards and procedures.

• Collaborate with external contractors for effective maintenance contract management.

• Close work orders and service requests upon completion, ensuring all documentation is accurate.

• Administer the Permit To Work system and uphold a safe operating environment.

• Assist in calibrations and troubleshoot control issues as necessary.

• Support the analysis and implementation of facility enhancement initiatives.

• Manage equipment stock and place orders for new supplies as needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Control & Instrumentation, or Air-conditioning Engineering. Candidates with Higher NITEC qualifications and relevant experience in District Heating & Cooling Systems (DHCS) are also welcomed.

• Demonstrated interest in building a career within the cooling systems sector.

• Solid understanding of the technical features related to ACMV and District Cooling Systems.

• Practical experience with Energy Management Systems, local and remote control, monitoring systems, and instrumentation.

• Familiarity with facilities, machines, and equipment maintenance.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Awareness of Health, Safety, and Environmental standards with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
