•  Position: Procurement Officer (PO/ Quotations/ Coordinate/ Purchasing) - EAST

•  Location: Changi North Street

•  Working hours: 5 days work week (Monday - Friday) - 8.00am to 5.30pm

•  Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3700 + Performance Bonus

•  Duration: Permanent

•  Industry: Engineering and Manufacturing

 Main Responsibilities:

•  Issue of Purchase orders and Purchase requisitions

•  Source for potential suppliers

•  Compare and evaluate suppliers’ quotations

•  Negotiation of pricing, credit terms and supplier quotations and delivery schedule

•  Track orders and ensure timely delivery

•  Enter order details into internal databases

•  Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices

•  Coordinate with store staff to ensure stock level and proper storage

•  Perform other purchasing duties as assigned

 Requirements:

• ALL WELCOME - Training Provided

•  Minimum Diploma in Administrative Management

•  At least 1 year work experience as a Purchasing Officer or related field
