Marketing Executive | 1 YEAR | East - #1127766

1 year contract (renewal/extension subject to business needs/performance)

Location: Changi

Key Responsibilities:

1.      Administration

• Download data sets and conduct data analysis to support business decisions and reporting needs.

• Process purchase orders (POs) and invoices in accordance with company procedures.

• Handle and respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally via Customer Relationship Management system – Salesforce

2.      Sales & Marketing

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, coordinating with merchants/tenants and internal stakeholders.

• Assist in the development and implementation of effective omnichannel marketing communication campaigns (e.g., eDMs, SMS, push notifications, website content).

• Coordinate the setup of both digital and on-ground marketing campaigns and activations.

• Monitor campaign performance and budget utilization, maintaining accurate records and reporting any variances.

• Collaborate and communicate with external marketing agencies and production partners (eg. Creative, media or production agencies) to ensure timely and good quality campaign delivery.

3.      Project Management Support

• Assist in the budget forecast and monitoring for assigned projects.

• Assist and work closely with stakeholders as part of project management and ensure that project progress meets the project specifications, target timeline and is within project budget.

• Support in creating presentation slides for both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

• Strong logical and creative thinking abilities.

• Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal teams and external partners.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently, demonstrating initiative, drive, and a strong desire to achieve results.

• Basic proficiency and creative flair in design or content editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is an advantage.

• Experience in the sales & marketing, e-commerce, aviation or travel industry is advantageous.
