Responsibilities :-
Responsible for the store operations, including inventory management, service delivery and store maintenance
Recruit, hire, coach and develop team members into future leaders
Manage store and team members (full time and part time) according to brand compliance in operations, food safety, product and delivery requirements
Requirements :-
Open to all Prior Industry
Strong leadership and coaching skills with good interpersonal/ communication skills
One time Sign-on bonus* S$ 3,600 terms & conditions apply
Upon completion of the 6-month probation period, the working schedule will change to a 5-day work week."
