Job Responsibilities

• Present menus and offer thoughtful recommendations.

• Serve food and beverages accurately and promptly.

• Ensure smooth service flow, including orders, POS, and stock management.

• Maintain high service standards and handle guest feedback professionally.

Job Requirements

• GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in F&B, preferably in hotels or casual dining.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a cheerful, service-oriented attitude.
