Senior / Staff Nurse – Diabetes Clinic
Location: West (Healthcare Setting)

Job Scope:

The incumbent will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care and comprehensive diabetes management support, including:

• Assessing patients’ social history, lifestyle, and dietary habits to provide personalised counselling and support for diabetes self-management

• Collaborating closely with doctors (e.g. Endocrinologists) to develop and implement individualised care plans

• Conducting patient education on:

  • Insulin injection techniques

  • Blood glucose monitoring (glucometer and/or continuous glucose monitoring)

  • Interpretation and review of glucose profiles

  • General diabetes-related care and lifestyle management

• Providing diabetes education and counselling in both inpatient and outpatient settings

• Supporting clinic quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical outcomes and service processes
