Customer Service Officer - #1132515

We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to learn, communicate with customers, and be involved in technical projects within the marine and engineering industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers on orders, enquiries, and project updates

• Coordinate internally with engineering, production, and logistics teams

• Prepare quotations, order confirmations, and basic documentation

• Follow up on project progress, delivery schedules, and customer feedback

• Support site visits, meetings, and occasional customer visits

• Light to medium travelling may be required (local and overseas)

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline (Engineering background preferred)

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to coordinate tasks and follow up effectively

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Willing to learn technical products and systems

• Positive attitude, responsible, and customer-oriented
