Job Scope

• Supports the Hospital Planning Committee and other related Committees on schedules, budgets and tenders, administrative support and updates.

• Coordinate, synchronize and manage requirements between the areas of service planning, integration of care, infrastructure and other service areas which may arise during the course of the project.

• Work with consultants, project managers and users of master plan and all projects in ensuring that the government’s interest is safeguarded, and that the development is completed in a timely manner and within budget.

• Collaborate with workgroups and users on collation of requirements, submission and approval of funding/budget for pre-development and development projects.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering / architecture

- Experience in project management, facilities will be advantageous
- Critical thinker, self-motivated, excellent communication skills, a team player who is also able to work independently
- Good communication skills
