What You’ll Do

• Assist in social media and branding activities — managing posts, content scheduling, and agency updates.

• Occasionally appear in short-form content to represent the agency’s youthful and professional image.

• Coordinate recruitment tasks such as scheduling interviews, following up with candidates, and tracking progress.

• Prepare materials for weekly meetings, take notes, and support event or project coordination.

• Manage administrative tasks, scheduling, and communications to keep operations smooth.
