About the role

This is an excellent opportunity to join the Finance team at the prestigious Management Development Institute of Singapore (MDIS) as a Finance Intern. This 3-month contract role will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment. If you excel in this position, there is potential for the role to be converted into a longer-term contract.

What you'll be doing

• Assist with month-end closing and reporting processes

• Process invoices and ensure timely payments

• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all financial transactions

• Reconcile bank statements and other accounts

• Provide general administrative support to the Finance team

• Complete ad-hoc projects and tasks as required

What we're looking for

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

• Experience in an accounts or finance role would be an advantage
