Job Description:

Advertising and Promotions

• Liaise with Creative/Ad agencies in the production and execution of digital and print ads that align with sales objectives for events, roadshows and online campaigns.

Digital

• Manage the full digital suite including planning, buying and optimizing digital campaigns and promotions.

• To be always on the look-out for new media platforms, ad formats and innovative concepts to be the market trend setter.

• Analyse data from campaigns and provide insights to market trends.

Events and Roadshows

• Manage and execute events and roadshows, including the sourcing for venue, event collaterals, set up, engagement and briefing of all parties involved to drive the event to succession.

• Contractor and agency management including getting quotations, briefing relevant vendors on campaign/event objectives/requirements on the execution of the campaign/event.

CRM

• Lead and manage customer database management systems.

• In-depth analysis with leads management and data mining tools.

Collaterals and showroom related

• Assist with the production and design of marketing collaterals such as spec sheets, festive collaterals.

• Management of showroom related tasks and equipment, including festive decorations.

Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing preferred

• Experience in collateral production, digital and project management

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator and Microsoft Office

• Excellent organisational, presentation and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lead projects and campaigns independently and also work well in a team

• Meticulous with high attention to detail and able to meet tight deadlines

• At least 2 years of working experience in related fields preferred
