Responsibilities:
• Conduct structured surveys over the telephone to collect data
• Enter survey responses into computer systems accurately
• Ensure satisfactory survey experience for customers over the phone
Requirements:
• GCE 'N' Level and above
• Able to handle rejections professionally when customers decline calls
• Self-motivated and proactive
Work Location:
Near City Hall MRT
