Job Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication
Support tender-related activities, including basic manpower sourcing support for school projects and other clients
Support the preparation, compilation, and submission of recruitment-related documents on the GeBIZ platform
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
Assist in preparing recruitment-related documents such as contracts.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including employee documentation and system updates
Ensure recruitment activities comply with TAFEP guidelines and MOM regulations
Provide general administrative support and assist with ad-hoc HR projects
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR administration
Willingness to learn government procurement platforms such as GeBIZ
Good communication and coordination skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks
Proficient in MS Office applications
