Responsibilities

• Identify consumer needs, market insights, category trends, and business opportunities across various channels.

• Lead detailed sales data analysis to pinpoint challenges and growth prospects.

• Create and execute strategies for new product launches and commercial innovations within assigned categories, including campaign and trade activities.

• Drive portfolio growth, monitor performance, meet commercial targets, and manage the A&P budget.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, agencies, and channel partners to ensure coordinated efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.

• At least 2 years of relevant brand or marketing experience within the FMCG sector.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and media or creative agencies is advantageous.

• Background in the food category is a plus.

• Experience in trade marketing and working with supermarkets or grocery chains is beneficial.

• Proactive and resilient, capable of navigating ambiguity and responding swiftly in a fast-paced environment, with strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
