Job Overview

We are looking for Full-Time Test Technician to support assembly and testing activities within a large-scale manufacturing facility. This position is ideal for individuals who are hands-on, adaptable and comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.

Work Location & Transport

• Woodlands (Company shuttle bus provided islandwide)

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly salary from $1,700-$2,500 depending on relevant experience + AWS bonus + quarterly profit shared

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out product assembly and testing according to standard operating procedures

• Handle components throughout the production process, from raw materials to finished goods

• Support machine assembly tasks, which may involve manual handling or heavy lifting depending on equipment size

• Perform duties in a cleanroom environment while complying with safety and quality requirements

Working Hours & Shift Arrangement

• 8-hour rotating shift schedule, Shift rotation every two months

• Day Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (daily allowance provided)

• Night Shift: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM (higher daily allowance provided)

• Overtime may be required based on operational needs

Requirements

• Comfortable working in a cleanroom setting

• Able to perform hands-on and manual tasks

• Willing to work rotating shifts

• Open to candidates with or without prior manufacturing experience
