Graphic Designer cum Front Desk Assistant - #1132237

We are looking for a dedicated and creative Graphic Designer cum Front Desk Assistant to join our team at the Ancestral Hall (安养堂) of the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple and Museum.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both graphic design and front desk operations within a meaningful and serene work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Creative Work

• Design posters, digital visuals, and collaterals related to Ancestral Hall ceremonies and memorial services.

• Handle layout and photo arrangements for ancestral offerings, memorial tablets, and prayer services.

• Support promotional design for religious events, seasonal festivals, and temple activities.

• Assist with photography, simple video editing, and digital content preparation.

Front Desk & Administrative Support

• Provide courteous and professional counter service for devotees registering for ancestral prayer services.

• Assist in managing worship offerings, memorial service arrangements, and record-keeping.

• Handle general administrative duties and coordination support for Ancestral Hall activities.

• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth ceremony and event operations.

Team & Environment

• Be comfortable working in an environment that includes ancestral ceremony and memorial services.

• Participate in a supportive, compassionate, and collaborative team dedicated to serving the public and upholding religious values.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Word, and Excel.

• Basic photography and video editing skills will be an advantage.

• Good command of English and Chinese (to handle bilingual materials).

• Positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, and willingness to learn.

• Responsible, detail-oriented, compassionate, and able to work both independently and in a team.
