Job Description

Our client is an SGX-listed construction group seeking a Deputy Chief Financial Officer to support the overall financial management and governance of the organisation. This role works closely with senior management and plays a key role in strengthening financial discipline, reporting, and project performance across the Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee group financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, and cash flow management

• Ensure compliance with SGX, MAS, and statutory reporting requirements

• Provide financial insights to senior management to support business and project decisions

• Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and governance frameworks

• Oversee financial performance and cost control of construction projects

• Manage key stakeholders including auditors, banks, and external partners
  

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline (CPA / CA preferred)

• Experience in a senior finance role within an SGX-listed company

• Background in construction or project-based industries

• Strong understanding of listed company reporting and compliance

• Hands-on, commercially minded finance leader
