BIM Modeller | Up to $4000 + Performance Bonus | AMK #2209 - #1131969

• Duration: 1 year contract (renewable/convertible)

• Location: Ang Mo Kio + Client Sites

• Salary Range: $3500 - $4000 + Performance Bonus

• Working Hours & Days: Mon to Fri (8.30am to 6pm)

Job Descriptions:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and sub-contractors to ensure the smooth execution of site work

• Supervise and track the progress of sub-contractors' work, providing regular updates to the Project Manager

• Coordinate with suppliers and sub-contractors for the timely arrangement of materials, equipment, and tools

• Accurately interpret MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) construction drawings

• Ensure all installation works comply with approved shop drawings, method statements, the Project Quality Plan, and relevant standards

• Assist the Site/Project Manager in monitoring overall project progress and adherence to schedules

• Maintain document control to ensure only the latest versions of contracts, drawings, and method statements are used on-site

• Perform any other related duties as assigned to support project success

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in project execution, specifically in new building construction

• Proven hands-on experience with the M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) scope of work is essential

• Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting MEP construction drawings
