Finance Manager - #1130504

• Oversee and review outsourced providers for accurate book-keeping and financial reporting

• Develop and implement financial policies 

• Assist in financial audits and reporting

• Perform financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for sustainability

• Handle donations (in-cash/in-kind) and IRAS submissions

• Manage forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual)

• Monitor cash flow, including income, expenditures, and investments

• Maintain records of all financial transactions, including donations

• Conduct financial evaluations of outreach programs and charitable activities

• Strengthen internal controls and improve financial processes

• Serve as the key contact for external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies

• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a finance management role

• Experience in using Quickbooks will be an advantage

• Experience in social service/charity sector will be an advantage

• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards 

• Working hours:  Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm

• Work Location: Ang Mo Kio

• Salary: up to $6300
