• Answering or making calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with services.

• Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.

• Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed.

• Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.

• Adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Requirement 

• Able to work for 5.5 days work week 

• Passionate in customer service role.

• Able to handle in a stressful and fast pace environment.

Others

• Salary - Starting from $2400 per month (Up to $2,600)

• KPI incentive of up to $250 will be given upon confirmation staff. 

• Near to MRT station.
